          Do people come back?

          Of the people who first used a service in a given month, the share who used it again 1, 2, 3 and 6 months later. Averaged over the last 12 months of first-time users; only months that have fully passed count. Blank = fewer than 20 people to measure.

            Parking payments

            Not connected yet. Charged, declined and cancelled payments by gateway (EasyPay, iPay, WayForPay, GERC) live in the backend database, not in the app analytics. This block fills in once that data is exported nightly.

            Phones and app versions

            How the numbers are counted

            • Active: opened the app (any analytics event) on that day, week or month. Weeks run Monday–Sunday.
            • City: the city chosen in the app, else the city of the service used, else the phone's location, as it was on that day. Over a week or month, a person counts in the city of their last active day. A city's numbers start on its launch day (Bucha 13 Jan 2026, Lviv 1 Apr, Vinnytsia 10 Apr, Ivano-Frankivsk 25 May).
            • New: first active day since 22 Feb 2026, when the analytics export starts. Reinstalling the app counts as a new person, because analytics identifies installs, not people.
            • Uninstalls: Android only; iPhones don't report app removal.
            • Latest numbers: the page is rebuilt every morning at about 06:00 Kyiv. Yesterday's numbers are preliminary until the next morning, because the analytics export finalises a day later.
